I was excited to come here because I love nice poo...

I was excited to come here because I love nice pools. By the last day I didn't even bother going to the pool. Overcrowded and understaffed (and undertrained staff!), and the drinks left something to be desired. They also had a golden opportunity to have a magnificent view but instead left you no view and full sun exposure. I guess the money is in the golf course. To add insult, the overpriced "resort fee" offered almost nothing useful. I don't need free racquetball or a bike in 125 degree weather so stop pretending you're giving me value. Finally, Marriott elite benefits are diluted to the point of uselessness. In short, I came excited and left depressed.
