I've been a long time customer since when the store was just a reception. I recently bought a keyboard where I had issue with the trackpad, I dealt with Ian over the phone who understood my problem and kindly organised a replacement I just visited their Sunshine store. I was really pleased with their service today thank you Ian and the crew
