Having booked a taxi from the front desk around 8p...

Having booked a taxi from the front desk around 8pm the night before to go to the airport, I not only noticed that my taxi was not there, but the reps was telling me to go see tail of taxis in front of the door. It was exclusively taxis reserved and waiting for their customers. When I returned to the reception, the manager told me that I had to wait 10 minutes .. because she had just called a taxi for me ... Inadmissible!
