I have spent several weeks searching for the right sales person to purchase a truck from. I've seen several vehicles I like but would not purchase them because I did not have the right sales person that understood great customer service. I stopped by Jim Ellis Buick GMC on last Wednesday, and was approached by Mr. Kelvin Endee. He instantly connected with me and he introduced me to what is now my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I assure you that I purchased this vehicle because of the level of customer service I received from Mr. Endee.
