Very rude agent, forced me to buy a pass for a 1 y...

Very rude agent, forced me to buy a pass for a 1 year old child even when she was not getting into the park. Besides, the couple that checked in before us wasn't forced to buy one for theirs and both were the same age. Skin color or race profiling here?
Over the phone they told me the parking was included on the reservation and when there, they charge me $23+taxes a day for parking.
They offer you a $25 spa discount knowingly they are over booked. The person at the spa told us that they are most of the time unable to accept those boucher's because they don't have time for same walk-ins or same day appointments, if they know that, why do they offer it? Scam?
The worst... I've tried to contact them to try to get an explanation about all this. They NEVER replied. The contact section on their website doesn't work and Groupon reviews got no answer to this.
It is a nice place but there is bad people there, I won't recommend anybody to go there. There are a few options in Niagara where you can spend a nice stay whitout dealing with these kind of people.
