For three days now I have not been able to get details on or get them to show me a car they have in their used inventory. Not a good experience.

Update August 22nd:
I was finally able to purchase the truck I was interested in, my experience with Larry H. Miller has not improved though. I purchased the truck weeks ago, and they have failed to deliver on promises they made in the purchase contract. I have made several attempts to contact the appropriate people with no success. I can't help but feel they don't care about their customers. I will be contacting the General Manager to see if I have better luck.

Update September 4th:
After further difficulty with LHM staff not following through with me I was finally able to talk with the general manager. While on the phone we were able to arrange a date and time for me to bring my truck in. I was told the used car manager would take care of things for me. Tonight I waited without help from the person I was referred to for over an hour and a half. In that time I saw him twice from across the dealership and asked for him multiple times. I cut my losses at 6:10 and left the dealership. Unfortunately, I may need to pursue legal action to get them to follow through with what they agreed to in writing.
