Product I purchased is great so far. I purchased from BridgeCom due to promises of support, and product support.

The product for what I have had to workout on my own is great. Product support from BridgeCom, and BridgeCom University is very seriously lacking. It really is a marketing ploy to get you interested in other products.

Sad!!!
