"City view" room was half underground and overlooked the busy main drop off area. Smelled like damp carpet. Manager didn't want talk about it, I guess I wouldn't want to try to explain it either. Thanks Henry Naber. Avoiding Hilton at all cost going forward because of this experience. Very sad.
