Although my car buying experience was amazing, unfortunately I had a different experience when trying to get my warranty refunded by Tallahassee Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep and Ram to my bank. The dealership claimed more than once to have 'never received' the refund paperwork so at this point my bank had to step in and personally contact the dealership and ultimately the refund was issued. This whole process took around 2-3 months. Other than that, the initial customer service was great.

Purchased my first vehicle EVER from Tallahassee Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep and Ram on 6/8/2019. I am new to the auto and loan world and was recommended by my auto adviser to speak with Thaddeus regarding a Jeep I was interested in. I received a great amount of help and support from salesman Thaddeus. He had an answer to every question my father and I had, while keeping us entertained and happy with his great humor. Thaddeus is a model employee and I recommend him to anyone that is new to the auto world and looking for a vehicle. Thanks Thaddeus!
