Brought my MacBook for repair. It costs me $117 to check what's wrong. Took them 5 days to call me and they just told me it won't reset and it would cost $650 to $690 to repair. I decided to cancel the service and brought it to Apple Store and it costs me $475 for the whole thing. No hassles. No extra charge for checking up. Nothing else.
On the bright side, the staffs are friendly and responsive here but their service is over-charged. I won't go back to this place.
