I am a homeowner with Losani Homes. The workmanship and finishing on this home I find is amateur compared to other builders. Using compressed wood floorboards guys.. really? I find after 4 years of usage my floorboards are cracking. Now I cannot even claim this as a Major Structural Defect as part of the warranty process. This is unacceptable and I recommend anyone reading this to not buy from this builder. You will find lots of problems in your new homes.
