Came here on a vacation with my 18 year old son and had an incredible time. The grounds are immaculate, the service is fast and the staff are incredible friendly. The trans system at the resort was very well organized and hardly had to wait more then a couple min. Or the walk on the extremely well kept wood walkways were nice, easy to follow and made you feel you were strolling in the jungle. Many pools to swimming in for all ages or snorkeling right off the beach. Other shuttle service to Playa del Carmen was perfect for a day trip and very inexpensive. I would recommend this resort and would return in the future as well.
