We came in from Colorado for the holiday and have our 10,000 mile service. They did not change our cabin air filter. We called them and they said it is not due on this service. We looked in our service book to verify.... it was to be changed on this service. We called back and spoke to Levi, he agreed and apologized AND came to us to change it out! Above and beyond thanks to Levi.
