My name is Steve Bracken I have been a customer of Jim Ellis Chevrolet for over 4 years. Recently I was shocked to see my car had been damaged after and oil change. Although the damage was superficial it was still very concerning to me as I do compete in Car Shows and the damage would and did work against me during the judging of my car. At their request for a review about the recent service. I acknowledge I was still very upset when I got the request and I was very harsh in my review. I should have contacted the Service Manager Brandon Colon that I have meet before. Brandon saw my review and responded to me immediately. He asked I bring the car so he could see it and I did. Brandon was genuinely concerned and sort to immediately resolve the issue. It is because of his fast response and concern that I was satisfied that it was a freak accident. I am very satisfied and my previous faith in the excellent service I have experienced in the past four years has been restored due to Brandon s leadership of a commendable Service Department. I look forward to continuing bringing my car to Jim Ellis Chevrolet Service for years to come.
