I was satisfied with my sales person he was there working the deal for me GREAT guy! Customer service after the sale in Finance Department was not helpful or caring of the situation I was put into at ALL!!! Typical protocol since I've owned or leased a vehicle was a notice of renewal which came to your home, you pay it and the Treasure mails the sticker to be put on your plate. I had not leased with Billion in the past thought I'd give them a shot. 2016 sticker never came didn't realize I was late until the local police pulled me over to share the news. The nice man gave me a warning. I first called Billion what do I do? Nothing, no help call the lease company. Lease company says they never received it, call the local Treasurers office, no help there, they said call the lease company they were sent there 6 months ago, on and on and on. Unnecessary time wasted and a $59.00 late fee. Was told it was all taken care of. 11/25/2017 on my way to work and a not so friendly local police pulled me over and gives me the news I'm 6 months delinquent on my license renewal AGAIN, who thinks of this every year? This time $127.00 fine and again I call Billion was hung up on twice trying to get transferred to someone to help which took at least 15 minutes on hold. A Lady who was not helpful at all says it's not her problem, I worked in a dealership in my years of employment and the Finance Department worked with the Treasurer, Title office and the Leasing Company. So again Called the Leasing Department they never saw them but they would give me a Power or Attorney to get them. Called the Treasurers office they mailed them to the Leasing company Six months ago REALLY!! I called Billion back again on hold a very long time and hung up on when being transferred. Oh MY by now I'm completely mentally exhausted and late for work. My boss graciously gave me time to get the problem rectified, in which took two more hours of my days pay to get it resolved with another $59.00 late fee and told this was resolved. Called Billion finance department again to ask if it could be rectified for next year on there end and she again said she wasn't responsible that I was. Could she not have tried so this didn't happen again? I documented the date in my personal calendar and hopefully this doesn't happen again. I have one more year on this lease and I will NEVER use and or recommend Billion Auto.
I work with high dollar sales and my employer would NOT allow this!! Again, I will not recommend Billion Auto or use them, there are other dealerships on every corner. So some would say I'm responsible, yes but somewhere down the line I'm told it started right here in the finance department. I feel I should be compensated in some way for all the fees, fines and time off work to rectify their problem that could have been taken care of the first time this happened. All I expect is respect!!!
