The spa customer service is bad. The spa pool area needs an upgrade and clean up. A replacement towel is $2.00. ( someone took mine in the changing area. the front desk didn't have the authority to give me another and I didn't have a credit card on file to buy another). I would not pay $50.00 a person to go to this place.
