One of the best dining experiences when I visit Rome. Make a reservation and linger over a 3 hour tasting menu with wine pairings. Every dish was beautifully presented, described by the staff, accompanied by wine and was delicious. The dining room is cozy and walls are covered with shelves of wine bottles. Very relaxing evening all around.
