Very disappointed in treatment by Colonial Hyundai. I had a lease that ended in Sept. Stopped by CH in May and indicated that I would like to purchase a specific used non-Hyundai SUV by the end of Sept to avoid the $400 disposition fee. Gained agreement from sales and used cars that they had several months to get what I was looking for and buying from them would waive the $400 fee. Fast forward to lease end and over 6 separate calls - each time being told "oh yea I remember let me look into that" to never hear back each time. Each additional call was received with like we never talked. Was forced to buy from another dealership. Now their lack of internal processes has me with a $400 bill. Called to speak to GM and told - sorry won't help you. You did not buy from us and that is that. Great way to treat a 2x Colonial Hyundai owner.
