My poor mother went to Genesys last night by ambul...

My poor mother went to Genesys last night by ambulance and arrived about 9:40p. She is older and has major health issues. Has had stroke, heart attack, has a pace maker, and is in stage 4 kidney failure. She could barely breathe or talk and was in severe pain!!!!!!!!! She was quoted a 5 hr wait time which is Absolutely Ridiculous & Unacceptable in itself but ended up waiting like 10 hrs!!!!!!!!!! Seriously she came in by a rig! Finally when she was seen they ran a few test and said it was A-fib which my mother has had and I assure you that wasn't the case last night. However, her discharge papers said flank pain ( which I've Never heard of and I'm an MA) apparently just a stupid way of saying side pain??!! Hmm...... Probably Not her discharge papers! Incompetence is a Vast Understatement for how this hospital is ran! I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE there to be treated EVER!!!!!!!!! I'd rather take my chances with a veterinarian or chance DYING then EVER step foot in there Again!!!
