This is the Metropolitan Opera House. It is beautiful inside and outside. The performance was amazing (Magic Flute). If you come to NY, pay a visit here, you won't regret. There is even subtitle available for the Opera! The view on the picture is from the Grand Tier B4.
If you are worried about the snowflake shaped chandelier that hangs just in front of you, don't be, it goes up to the ceiling before the show starts.
