Thank you so much Mike Edgerton!! You were awesome to deal with!! Excellent service and great experience. So far I'm loving my 2017 Equinox..looking forward to doing business with you again!! I'm sorry to say as of now I would never buy a vehicle from them again. When I purchased the car I ordered weather tech floor mats since they wouldn't throw them in on the deal. 6 weeks later I still hadn't received them. I messaged the salesman and he said they'd be on that following Monday. Ok so I call the day their suppose to be in and yes he says they are there. I drove over an hour to get them but they were not weather tech and not what I paid for. At this point I'm over it. I told them after 6 weeks of waiting and still not in just give me a refund. Ok so after 3 weeks of no refund I call again...my salesman wouldn't return my call. I had to call Chuck Kelley to personally tell what was going on. Within the same day he returned my call and said the check was going out the next day. Finally I received it..ridiculous to say the least. Once that sale is over they don't care about your concerns at that point in my opinion.
