The worst experience I could possibly have from a store I used to love shopping at. What a Shame!! Not only did their system allow me to place an order online.. it took my money when the products weren't even in stock.

They then didn't even contact me to let me know that there was no ETA on my product. I then asked to swap the laptop on at store due to delays and the urgency in the laptop.

After all this.. they said I would get my refund in 1-2 working days.. and that still hasn't happened..

cut your losses... don't buy from these guys... such a waste of time...
