Changing over was smooth, but there are annoying problems with the customer-facing tech.

The Android phone app doesn't stay logged in, or use biometric ID so you have to enter the password every time you need it.

I wasn't able to enter my gas reading on the app and had to go to the web site to submit it. Despite that, I had a phone call three days later asking for my readings again.
