I have had a very hard time getting ahold of someone to help me buy a car. Every time I got ahold of someone they put me on hold, tried to transfer me or said they would call me back but never did. I've spent 3 days working on it but couldn't get the help I needed and then the car was sold because no one would help me to get the information on purchasing it in time. You would think they would want to help since I was planning to buy the car and pay a significant down payment, but I guess my business was not important enough to work with me to make the sale.
