Had both a hot water heater and AC installed. Crew (from the electricians to the installers) were all very professional and did a great job. Had the inspection completed today and the city of Bellevue said that your team did a great job. I would rate the team a 5. The only suggestion that I would have is to have your trucks serviced for oil leaks. Both trucks leaved a fair amount of oil on my driveway. The team did offer to clean up the oil with Dawn dish detergent and water (which I did on my own instead). Assuming that most customers would not be happy with the oil leaks on their driveways. This is why I rated the overall project a 4.
