After some exams, on Tuesday 11 September I was a guest at the Koelliker clinic in "one day surgery". I can only say wonderful all !! From the organization worthy of the Swiss clinics, to the stretcher-bearers to go and come back from the operating room, friendly and always ready to the nurses: professional, quick and with a lot of patience, to the cleaning staff with less responsibility towards the patients, but always reliable and nice and last but not least because the doctors, from surgeons to anesthetists, their kindness is the order of the day, after their commitment to solve "our" problems, too, always with a smile. Here no one "pulls" it, no one spins, everyone has a kind word and a smile for us that, if we are there, we have something to solve. I felt better and more pampered than at home. I reiterate thanks to all "YOU ARE WONDERFUL". There were so many structures, not changed and I am sure you will be of EXCELLENT example and envy from other places "very little" hospitable!
