Peter offers both the best of British professionalism and local Montenegrin knowledge (having lived here for c.15 years).

I was lucky enough to be introduced to him indirectly through a friend of a friend after having engaged many local agents over the last few years.

I have been coming to Montenegro from London for decades (both my parents are from here and I was born in the UK) and have been looking for the right agent to rely on for both the sale of our main family property and advice on purchases of both land and existing builds.

Peter s local knowledge was extremely granular and went far further than just the Tivat area and the Bay of Kotor. This is no easy feat as each settlement/town has its own idiosyncrasies that can significantly affect the make-up of potential buyers, sellers and neighbours to be.
