Trash was often left in the hallway, making them smell like rotting garbage. Front desk staff often seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, were confused by basic questions, and lost a piece of mail. Housekeeping didn't show up on the scheduled day a couple times. Room key stopped working if it came in contact with a credit card, and barely worked at all for the exterior doors into the hotel. The only wi-fi was one unsecured network that everyone was connected to. TV remote did not work. Overall, the price was very affordable but it was not worth the savings.
