Great vehicles on the lot, although the customer service did not equal that. I was initially working with Shannon, who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I went in on a Saturday, and test drove a 2017 Santa Fe. The following day I came back to test drive a 2016 Santa Fe- Shannon was busy and I was put with Nate who did not know much about Hyundais, but did his best to get the vehicle from another Jim Ellis lot over to this one to test drive. At that point, my information from the previous day with Shannon had not been put in the system, and there were no notes or an account for myself, so we had to start from the beginning. I was told at that time that the prices listed were all inclusive and out the door. I came in 2 nights later to test drive the 2016, and was put back with Shannon again. I decided to go with the 2017, but due to a recent accident, I had to wait for a check from the insurance company before I could purchase this vehicle. Called ahead of my arrival on the next Saturday that I would be in to purchase the 2017. When I came in both Shannon and Nate were with other customers, and I was happy to wait for their availability. Nate came over and was ready to go over my information, but then Shannon took over the rest of the process. I went over some issues I had with the tires as well as some comparable vehicles I was looking at (that those dealers were giving me $5-8k off the listing price to purchase the Santa Fe from them). Shannon was not budging on the price and insisted that I was not told that the prices were all inclusive but only contained dealer fees, not tax and other fees. I had two other people with me on the prior day who head what I heard. I asked if he would be able to bring the total price down to the list price out the door, about a $2k difference, and was told the price was not negotiable. I took my $10k check from the insurance company that I was intending to use as a down payment and left because my offer was never taken to a manager nor was I given a counter offer or tried to settle on a fair deal. I am now considering other vehicles.
