I don't know much about cars but I know about customer service. I want to commend Jim Ellis Hyundai for their Office Manager, Andi Vantrees. In the middle of a pandemic and after hitting several walls, Andi came to our rescue regarding a problem with the paperwork of my elderly mother's car. At the height of the stay-home order my work only increased as did my stress and Andi not only talked me off the edge, she took control of the situation. I'm not sure how she managed with government offices shut down and bureaucratic impediments, but she took care of us. Thank you for caring Andi and congratulations to your company for having such a wonderful, compassionate, patient and competent Office Manager. I would give Andi a zillion stars but google only allows five.
