Purchased $1500.00 worth of equipment and have recieved the worst customer service ever. Stereo keeps over heating and shuts off. They claim there is nothing wrong. Why do they have such an attitude with the customers. Funny, when we were putting out the money they were fine, but service and the management sucks. Would not refer them to anyone. Our next step is to take in our speakers and have them checked......but their going to say there is nothing wrong. So much for the 2 year service warranty, Let's see if they help me or not!!!
They also never even contacted me when the "service" was completed. I had to keep calling them and they act like I'm making up the story that the stereo is shutting down. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! (and the stero is still shutting off.)
