Turumburum

Ordered the development and design of the site in 2015. The design was done quickly, but not to say that it was qualitative. Development was introduced until 2017 and never implemented. During this time, the mass of developers of the company who worked on our project changed. But the result is not brought. There were times when Turum Burum did not contact me for 3 weeks without explaining anything or warning me. We were always "fed breakfast" and lamented the lack of time and labor, even attracted freelancers. To this day the site has not been finalized. Money refuses to return. Therefore, we decided to go to court. (No. 73761252 of 04.05.18). Contacting this company, be prepared for the fact that in many aspects of programming you need to understand yourself or have a qualified programmer in your staff. They will do it as "you want" without explaining and not warning about the consequences of this or that choice, which can lead to serious problems in the future and the impossibility to implement all business processes. If you have any serious problems, you can not contact (do not pick up the phone, do not respond to Skype, mail and other social networks). Documentation should also be given special attention. in their edition there are a lot of pitfalls.

An excellent business partner, it's a pleasure to work with professionals in their field

I have been cooperating with the company for over 5 years. During this time, more than one project was launched with the guys. I always seek advice and their expert opinion. They are professionals in their field. Thank you for the new Techno Hedgehog site! It turned out really well.

A great team with which it is pleasant to work and which really can be trusted. Thank you, everything was perfect!

Highly recommend! Designed a beautiful webshop for my company, very pleased with the results. Also very polite people, and communication as a whole is incredible

I really enjoyed working with Turum. We created a convenient interface for our online store. Clearly understand the business and I can suggest the solution of a specific task. Special thanks to Dmitry

I ordered the development and design of the site in 2013. The design was done quickly and efficiently. The development is being implemented to this day (now 2018) year. They refuse to return the money.

Do not contact this company. Like others, seeing big names in the portfolio, pecked at this company. Spent a lot of money and very disappointed. We prematurely refused and changed the developer. Collaborated with Turum Burum in 2015-2016 on the development of a corporate website and online store. As a result, we refused Turum Burum, which we do not regret at all. Pros - design services. Cons - this is not a studio, but a group of developers who want to quickly withdraw money, do not delve into the customer s business, they squeeze the poor 1C Bitrix for everyone (for a fee from Bitrix, of course). They changed the project manager because of their lack of competence !!!, for the website of the business card we also got 1C Bitrix !!!, tried to pre-order SEO from them, but when they saw the level of comm offers, they immediately shied away, the technical task for the online store from the side of turum burum is generally a masterpiece of low qualification. They call themselves a studio and are proud of the big names in the portfolio, but in fact, I suppose, they simply did narrow tasks for well-known brands pointwise. Think ten times, call their previous customers, add ten clarifications and insurance to the contract with them before paying them the first money.

It was very pleasant to work with professionals. Special thanks to Denis for cooperation. All the best.

With Turum-Burum began to run from the beginning of 2018. The project manager is very patient with my requests and tries to do everything to please the client. Thanks to the development team and the manager!

Excellent guys, with whom it's nice to work. Deeply penetrate into the heart of the problem, can conduct a quick analysis of site usability.
