After a misunderstanding the staff was quick to sort the issue and even sent my items by express so I could receive them as quickly as possible!

Slow shipping. Sends a product that isn't the same as pictured. I called in before to verify sizing and then the product didn't fit and wasn't as pictured. The make you pay for shipping it back. Scam operation. I'll stick with the reputable companies.

These guys are great! I have spent $1,000's here and have 100% satisfaction. I have recommended them to many friends and they too have had complete satisfaction with their service and pricing.

Riders discount has no concept of customer satisfaction. After a premature failure of a Lithium Ion battery, the replacement battery was shipped in a box with very little packing to protect the battery which resulted in broken parts inside. After returning it the same day, they said they'd send replacement in 1-3 business days. 8 days later or 6 business days, the battery is supposed to ship...we will see, but clearly they see no urgency to take care of customers who have been victimized by poor products and shipping thru no fault of their own. I'll never place another order with Riders discount!!!

My fiance ordered a suite that was too small for us and they let us return the suite for the next size up and that turned out to be too small for us too. lol. But then my fiance had to leave again for work (He drives semis and is gone for a weak or so) and he forgot about it for almost two or three weeks and when he called them back they STILL let him return it for the next size up but in a different color because they ran out of the other colors in that size because it was a close out deal. They are a great company and the staff is on point plus it's a local business. Prices are also good in my opinion. 6 stars!!

Flat out one of the best in the business bar none. I have bought literally thousands of dollars worth of products and have not had one single complaint. And if I didn t have an issue their support staff is prompt to return calls and the return of merchandise. TJ and his staff is the best.

bought ss3000 helmet from them, first time they send me helmet with paint defect on one spot, ok i report to them to SS, fine they agree to manufacturing warranty exchange....Ask them nicely please inspect replacement helmet before shipping over email....replacement arrived also cosmetically defect....email them back no replies, which clearly states that they send me someone else reject.....so much about this place...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I ordered nerf bars for my Raptor 700R and was told they were on back order and they would be getting them in in two weeks. On the second week I called to check on the status of my order and they said they were geetting them in on Friday (this was a Tuesday). I call back on Friday at 5:30pm (They close at 6) and I was told that they weren't getting any in and that someone lied to me about them arriving on Friday. I was then promptly hung up on. I would suggest finding another place to order parts from especially if you are on a timeline.

I've been a customer of Riders Discount since they won the Daytona 200 back in 2014. I've spent thousands of dollars on gear and parts for both the street and race track. TJ has been one of the best individuals I've ever worked with and he has never steered me wrong with sizing, part recommendations and general advice. If there was ever a mistake with shipping or a damaged product, TJ has always gone out of his way to make it right.

I've dealt with These guys for years, and never ever been let down. I love them. I've dealt with Thomas since 2009, and my experience has always been exceptional. He's knowledgeable, personable and always responds quickly. I don't spend a lot of money with them, or make purchases often, but I still feel like I'm treated like a VIP.

Also, FYI... I rarely ever go their site; I just email Thomas and ask him for what I'm looking for. Then, bam... great price, and shipped quickly.

Item was cheap. Shipping took 8 days not 2-5. Staff didn't care, said it was Fedex's fault and then nothing else.
