This is my go to for auto repairs and general maintenance. The shop manager Randy always takes care of me. From oil changes to engine replacement, this place does it all!

After having my car towed to Central Garage it to 10 days for an estimate. Marked up one part to over $900 even after telling them where the same item, same munufacturer could be found and runs for less than $350 with same 2 day delivery time. Pulled my car off that lot, but not until I was gouged for a whole hour of 'labor'. If this is what you expect when you need auto repair, you deserve to be separated from your extra money.

Central Garage has done an outstanding job for the fours years I have lived in the area. I highly recommend them.

This place is out there in Pataskala it is a very good place to take your vehicle if you want an honest opinion about an issue that you are having they had my truck for 3 months based on my choice of them having it for that long because it was a collector vehicle I allow them to look it over and was not able to get the truck out of there immediately there was no cost for them to store my vehicle there was no extra charges that did not need to be put in there the only thing that I ended up paying for as a diagnostic and the work that they did and on top of that the manager or the owner actually was able to eliminate the diagnostic fee I felt like there were more than fair very honest and I'm very gracious to have come across these people God bless them

We ve dealt with CG for almost 20 years. I trust them! Cathy has went way beyond what most will do to help me for certain situations. My daughter has attended their classes, my mother also was a customer & they treated her so good. I would absolutely not go to anyone else.

Confident in their analysis. Never tries to sell what isn't necessary. I live 50 miles from them and still go there to get any major work done.

This is quite possibly the most honest garage I've dealt with. I had an issue with my Jeep and had it towed to this garage. After spending time and resources, they determined that the repair would have to be performed by a dealer since they were the only ones who had access to the tools needed to complete the repair. They called and let me know that it would need to go to a dealership and made arrangements to get it the dealership of my choice. This place gets customer service and they will get my business!

Very professional! They were able to get my car in right away and gave me the cost upfront, which was fair and honest. They even took the time to see the codes for my check engine light and I didnt even ask them to. The phone is always answered unlike many others I had tried before finding central garage. I will most definitely return for future service and routine maintenance.

Always do a great job however they only offer napa parts, which is why there's not a 5th star.

At last, a reliable honest auto repair shop. It's a little far away from Columbus, but worth going to. I've taken my car and my wife's car to Central Garage whenever I needed to and they are great at making the repairs, on estimate, and doing them right. I've had no further problems with the repairs I've had them make. Our cars are older model cars but Central Garage is very reasonably priced and they do excellent work.

They were very good at letting me know what the problems were and how long the job would take. They told me of what they needed to fix my vehicle and were able to have it ready

This was my first time taking my car to Central Garage and I was very impressed with the customer service and the pictures that they sent me of the repairs that are needed. Plus they took me home and picked me up after the repairs were completed and the price of the repairs were much better than the dealership. I am a very happy customer and if I should need another repair on my car I will bring it back to them.

Had work done on my vehicle at this shop a few days ago. I don't exaggerate when I say they were extremely honest in how they handled my situation. They could have told me any number of things were causing my problem. But they didn't. They fixed what needed to be done and charged me a very fair price to do it. They told me some other work would be needed in the future and told me to remember them when the time came. Trust me... I will. Take your car here folks. Give them a shot. You won't regret it. I'm very glad I found them.

They went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down. I had my car towed to them. They looked it over then without charging me,sent me to the dealer because the issue was still under warranty. They are my go to place for all things car.

I have trusted Central Garage with my vehicles since I moved here 15 years ago. I trust hem to give me honest assessment of the problem and reasonable prices. I made a mistake and took a truck ( owned previously) to a local dealer and it seemed to me that the invented other problems with my truck to make more money. A $600 estimate of what it would cost to fix a brake job turned into $1500 (or more). Whenever I am asked to recommend an auto repair garage I tell them about Central Garage.

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences working with Central Garage. They are Courteous, Professional, and honest which is a rarity these days. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!
