I was a little disappointed. Between the failure of all the self-service ticket machines and the 60 minute wait for the tour bus, it seemed woefully understaffed. Additionally, they seem to have moved to a multi-media model as opposed to having substantive displays of actual stuff that dates from the periods that the space center is celebrating.
