As a new customer I rented the van and I came back late and rightly caught the fine ok .... I was in the offices to pay and in front of me another customer with another Car Sharing order, he too late with fine though he was kindly told "for this time it's okay so" I threw a "there I do not remove the fine" Morale ..... I paid the type no ....
