I had a mixed experience working with Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC. The staff was generally helpful and professional, but I did encounter some communication issues along the way. Though the overall experience was satisfactory, I think there is room for improvement in terms of coordination and clarity.
Such horrible service, I had been contacted by one of the recruiters on my LinkedIn that he has some position for me and he finds my experience perfect for that position and after that he wrote another email saying that he cannot help me as I am already working with another recruiter and she will contact me. So the other recruiter emailed me saying that I was working with you in November 17 so I will help u out regarding this role. Remember even she didn t respond to me in November as well and kept me hanging on. She is so unprofessional, I am not taking her name here else her whole career will be ruined if I do that. I called her and she says ok let me call u back and she never calls back, I called her twice and she did thAT TWICE neither she emailed me saying that she is busy or anything.
I think I am gonna write full article on what she did to me and see where her recruiting career takes her. Treating your customers so unprofessionally. HORRIBLE

Horrible experience. No call backs or reply on emails after several follow-ups. I was suggested this place by a friend, I met the recruiter personally and explained the entire background and expectation.
They just keep you HANGING !! I wasted my time here, its sad that they give you false hopes. I reached out to higher management and then the recruiter replied to me with a position which was no-where related.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
