Did everything online. Phillip assisted me the whole way and he was very patient. He explained every feature of the Prius and still continued to follow up. I would give him more than 5 stars if I can. Thank you Phillip for being very patient with me and my mom. DCH should have more sales people like him. Thanks again for the easy and fun experience.
