I set up an appointment three weeks in advance to replace the weatherstrip on the window seals of my car. I reminded the workers that the parts had to be ordered in advance since I know they don t keep them in stock. I called again a second time to confirm that the parts I needed were ordered, and to reconfirm the appointment five days prior to my arrival. They confirmed that everything was ordered. Upon my arrival, to my surprise, they never ordered the parts and they could not fix my car. Now I have to wait another two weeks to see if they will actually order the parts, and if they can complete the work needed to be done on my car.
