Pat arrived during the earlier part of the scheduled service window and called thirty minutes in advance as expected. He performed the scheduled maintenance of my combination air conditioner/gas furnace. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing, and I was very pleased with his knowledge, technical skill, and customer service.
