When you think of Carlton thinks of luxury and above all quality of service, what was my disappointment! I came Tuesday to the Carlon's bar accompanied by my 86-year-old mother. We settled on a table that was not cleared (I said there were only 6 tables occupied so no big crowd !! and 3 empty tables not cleared) We waited 30 minutes after questioning the waiter who came to clear the table without cleaning it !! Finally he takes our order, and 1/4 hour later still not served when there were 2 servers! 45 minutes waiting !! we are gone !!
Fortunately we went to 58, where the quality of the service, lived up to its reputation.
"The concern of the palaces of excellence must be permanent on the training of the staff to the quality of service, the respect and the application of the codes of the label in front of the customers.
That's the only key to luxury success in luxury! "
