Check the ACTUAL unit you will be leasing before signing anything. We were shown The model thinking that everything would be the same; floors, cabinets, bathroom, etc. Totally different when we moved in. Which by the way, the apartment was not ready for the signed move-in date. For the inconvenience, we were given a pool view for the same monthly payment which by the way was not cleaned or inspected. Just awful place, so old. Roaches everywhere.
