We purchased our home in 2015 and just moved in, in November 2018. The original move in date was set for April 2017. Lots and lots of delays with a lot of unanswered questions. When we did our PDI there were numerous deficiencies that were not fixed (and still aren't) and same goes for our 30 day inspection. It is next to impossible to get an answer from anyone about when someone is coming fix these deficiencies and we are now on our 3rd warranty rep within 7 months. They moved one of our outdoor vents and tried to cover the huge hole up with a fake pipe, which we noticed because it looks ridiculous. The builder's deck is very poorly done, not sure if the guy was drunk when he built it. We're missing our screen door from our balcony, our glass shower door is scratched, the stain on our stairs is very poorly done, and our fireplace mantel is crooked but they say it's within their standards. Were missing stucco from our posts outside, the posts are still unpainted, the door and trim recently got painted but it was an awful paint job and they painted the trim the same colour as the door and it looks terrible. The soffits outside are all dented and bent. Only half of our driveway is done and grading is barely taking place, even though they sent an email a month ago advising it would be done within 1.5 weeks. Everything seems to get half done. The customer experience team are impossible to deal with. It seems many other neighbours in our area are also having many issues.
I can go on forever but I won't. All Losani cares about is taking your money and that's it. . Mind you, our site supervisor and the guy who has done some touch ups have been great, it's the customer experience team that are useless.
