McNaulty's has by far the best tea selection I've come across. They weigh it out, and sell it by the quarter pound. Most are loose leaf selections with some bagged tea selections. The loose leaf selections are broad and includes a lot of my hard to find teas from my time living in China. Run by a Chinese father and son, and all other staff is helpful and makes suggestions of things to try if you want, per your regular purchases. Good coffee selection too, however I tend to go for their teas.
