This dealership is cancer, stay as far away as you can. They allegedly fixed my car from a serious problem, only for it to break on me after picking it up on the way home, stranding me in the middle of the road with a 50MPH limit. Now they are claiming its not their responsibility, and tell me i need to replace my engine on a 1 year old car, which THEY WILL NOT COVER under my factory warranty. My first service advisor avoided my calls, and wouldn't call me back after i left many messages, only to discover weeks later (without my car) that he "no longer works at the dealership." Making it super easy for me to never consider a BMW again. I have already told everyone i know, and will continue to tell everyone i do meet to never go near this ambush dealer ever again.
