I have 15 years experience at a dealer ship i have never seen a worse customer service in my life . The title clerk is incompetent.I Have been trying to get the truck registered for 3 month with no success. The F&i Manger had altered my paper work by adding my title on all my documents after chase returned the contract to them to be re-singed. the other F&i manger at the dealer ship was rude and was trying to run a game on me not knowing i had been in the business for years and try to bump the rate and over charge me for gap This is not a place any one should be a car .
