Carlos was FANTASTIC during my entire leasing experience. He did a great job listening to what I wanted in a car and guided me to the Honda Insight (which I am really enjoying!). He answered all my questions and never pressured me to purchase options that I didn t need. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends - as well as the whole crew at Honda of Seattle!
