If there was a zero rating I would give it. What a thoroughly disgusting energy company. I have been promised that a bill query for my mum would be sorted since last August 2020 and six months later they still have not investigated or resolved the issue. Now letters from debt agencies have been sent even though I have promised by G E that they would ensure this would not happen. If you are considering this company PLEASE DO NOT- appalling service, ridiculous fluctuating charges and poor customer service. And I've been hung up on twice and not called back! The list of complaints I have is endless. TERRIBLE COMPANY
