Shocking customer service, made a complaint 2 weeks ago and still have had no response. I can't get into the new account and so am unable to submit readings
I appreciate that I can now get into my account, however you have still not responded to my complaint of why I had to increase my direct debit by 10 pounds a month, by my choice not your suggestion because the amount you set it at allowed me to owe you a lot of money. I could understand that if I was using more than you estimated, however I'm using much less than you estimate and therefore surely I should have been in credit
