Like many others, was talked all over. They say they record the calls for training purposes but obviously don't ever listen back. I was telling the chap I would pay directly and he insisted on logging it as a refusal to pay, which it wasn't. I don't know this firm from Adam and I'm not handing over my payment to strangers. Happy to pay what I owe directly to HMRC. These guys can get lost with their rudeness. Awful service. HMRC - USE ANOTHER FIRM.
